Fugro USA Land, Inc.
Our firm’s history dates back to 1946 when our predecessor, McClelland Engineers, formed in Houston, Texas. McClelland Engineers soon became an international leader and technological innovator in geotechnical consulting. At the same time, Fugro N.V., a geotechnical consulting firm based in The Netherlands, was quickly becoming a leader in specialized geotechnical investigations and laboratory testing. In January of 1987, the two companies merged to form Fugro-McClelland, Inc. Spinks Solutions LLC is a consulting engineering firm specializing in civil and water resources engineering. Spinks Solutions LLC was established in January 2024 with its principal office in Houston, Texas. Melvin G. Spinks, P.E., CFM is the President/CEO.
