Branch Scholarships

The American Society of Civil Engineers Houston Branch Scholarship is funded solely from the Branch Scholarship Fund and is awarded annually to one or more outstanding students enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree plan at one of the  four core universities, University of Houston, Prairie View A&M University, and Rice University, and University of Houston Downtown.

The scholarship(s) will be awarded on the basis of overall merit, in recognition of personal student achievements, and with regard to financial need.  The number and value of each scholarship will be determined upon receipt of the scholarship applications.  Past awards have ranged from $500 to $2,000.  The scholarships will be due on March 8, 2019 and awarded at the April ASCE Houston Branch Meeting.
