Central Region Younger Member Council 2025 Awards
On February 28th through March 1st the ASCE Regions 3,6 & 7 Multi-Region Leadership Conference was held in Cleveland, Ohio. At the conference four of our Members received awards at the Central Region Younger Member Council (CRYMC) Awards Banquet. Mahsa Arastoo was selected as the Outstanding Young Civil Engineer in the Private Sector, Gilbert Portillo was selected as Outstanding Young Civil Engineer in the Public Sector, Alexa Nichols was selected as the Outstanding Younger Member in JEDI Activities, and Oreoluwa Adedapo was selected as the Outstanding Younger Member in Community Activities! We are very excited and honored for all of these rising professionals as members of the Houston Branch.
Additionally the Houston Branch was selected for the 2024 Outstanding Section and Branch Award in the Large Section and Branch category! We are proud of the branch and all of it's volunteers for creating a wonderful Branch to be a part of.
