Clarification of HCFCD Geotechnical Guide
The attached is a HCFCD internal memo intended to provide clarification to help geotechnical consulting firms to comply with Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) geotechnical guidelines within reaches of the Brays, Halls, Greens, Sims and White Oak bayous that were previously constructed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE). This clarification is provided as the USACOE also enforces their geotechnical requirements in review of projects in these areas.
