Mark Hordes has over 25 years of experience in training technical contributors and leaders in how to create, build, develop, and sustain high performance leadership skills. His primary areas of expertise include leadership development, management of change, and training and team development. He also has additional expertise in organizational and talent development performance management, employee surveys, and "voice of the customer" assessments.

Mark is an Associate Partner in Change Management at Accenture, Senior Vice President of Organizational Excellence and Practice Leader at Sinclair Group, and the Vice President of International Consulting and Training at the American Productivity and Quality Center. Mark graduated from the University of Houston and holds an MBA and MS in Human Development from Aurora University. He is also a graduate of The American Graduate School of International Management, "Thunderbird."
