History of the Port of Houston/State of the Port
Roger H. Hoh is Director of Project and Construction Management for the Port of Houston Authority. He joined the Port Authority in 2005.
Hoh graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He started his career with Brown & Root (now KBR) before spending 25 years at HL&P/Houston Industries/Reliant/Centerpoint.

Gary Myers has a BSCE from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Houston, and has been a consulting engineer in private practice in Houston since 1980. The majority of his experience has been in design, project management and program management for public works projects. He's played key roles in a wide variety of water, wastewater, and drainage projects. However, the bulk of his experience has been with roadway and marine transportation projects.
Gary served as program manager for Phase 2 of the Port of Houston's Bayport Terminal from 2008 to 2013, and was project manager for the reconstruction of Wharfs 1 and 2 at the Port's Barbours Cut Terminal. Gary is also retired from the US Army as a lieutenant colonel with 28 years of active and reserve duty.
